Vanderbilt football's Oct. 24 matchup at Kentucky has been set for a 6:30 p.m. CT kickoff on SEC Network, the league announced Oct. 12.
Vanderbilt (3-3, 0-3 SEC) is coming off losses in its first three SEC games to Auburn, Georgia and Ole Miss. Kentucky (5-1, 3-1) has been a pleasant surprise, beating Texas A&M, South Carolina and LSU with its lone loss to Alabama. The Wildcats are in their first year under Will Stein.
This game, which will take place at Kroger Field, was designated as a night game before the season. It will be the Commodores' second SEC night game this season after the Arkansas homecoming game, which is set to take place Oct. 17 at FirstBank Stadium.
Vanderbilt will also return to SEC Network after back-to-back games on ESPN (Ole
Miss) and ESPN2 (Arkansas).
