Indiana Fever guard and former Ohio State star Kelsey Mitchell will go toe-to-toe against teammates Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston as starters in the 2026 WNBA All-Star Game inChicago on July 25.
Two Basketball Hall of Fame inductees, Teresa Witherspoon and Cynthia Cooper, acted as honorary general managers of the two All-Star teams. Two former No. 1 WNBA draft picks, Clark and Dallas Wings guard Paige Bueckers, were named honorary captains of each team. Clark, the captain of Team Spoon, is fourth in the league in points per game (21) and second in assists (7.9).
With the fourth pick in the All-Star draft, Cooper picked Mitchell, who is second in the WNBA in points per game (23.3).
Immediately after, Witherspoon selected forward Boston. In Boston's
fourth year as an All-Star, she is averaging 17.3 points and 8.5 rebounds per game.
The Fever enter the All-Star weekend on top of the Eastern Conference standings while riding a three-game win streak.
