Franklin County Common Pleas Court Bill Sperlazza sentenced Angulo Ramos to 21-26½ years in prison.

Man, 22, killed in shooting on Columbus' Far West Side; suspect arrested in Indiana
Columbus police have identified a man shot and killed following an argument on Columbus' Far West Side on Sunday night, and the suspect charged with murder was arrested at an Indiana vehicle service center.
Jonathan Santiago, 22, died at 11:07 p.m. at OhioHealth Doctor's Hospital following the shooting, the coroner's office said.
Alejandro Jose Angulo-Ramos, also 22, of Columbus, was charged with murder. He fled the state.

said Indiana State Police arrested Angulo-Ramos at a Sunoco service center Monday morning. He will be transported back to Ohio after an extradition hearing.
Officers were dispatched at 10:29 p.m. to investigate a report of shots fired in the 1000 block of Cliff Creek Drive, according to a Columbus police news release. Officers found Santiago suffering from a gunshot wound.
Columbus police did not say how they identified Angulo-Ramos as the suspected shooter.
