If it's stuffed, smashed, smoked, fried, tossed or loaded, it's probably on the menu for the Columbus Food Truck Festival.
Nearly 50 food trucks will line the midway of the Franklin County Fairgrounds during the weekend of Aug. 14 and 15 for the festival's 15th year. The lineup of trucks represents a broad range from American barbecue (eight of them) to Asian stir-fries and rice bowls.
And if the weather is hot, there also will be trucks serving ice cream, gelato and shaved ice.
