Child dies after being struck by car on Broad Street near Reynoldsburg

A vehicle struck and killed a 5-year-old girl late July 31 just outside of Reynoldsburg. Gem Scott was crossing East Broad Street with her family around 11:12 p.m. near the intersection with Outerbelt Street when a car traveling eastbound struck her, according to a press release from Columbus Police
