Pumpkin spice season is nearly here. Starbucks announced its fall menu, led by the Pumpkin Spice Latte and several new and returning fall menu favorites, will return before fall arrives.
The annual return of the Pumpkin Spice Latte has become an unofficial marker of the start of fall for many Starbucks fans. The chain recently announced its seasonal fall lineup, featuring the return of pumpkin favorites including the Pumpkin Spice Latte, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino. The menu also includes returning pecan drinks, new food items and limited-time merchandise.

- Chaider (chai with apple cider-inspired flavors)
Which pumpkin and pecan drinks are returning?
According to Starbucks, returning pumpkin favorites include the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino.
Starbucks is also bringing back its pecan lineup, including the Pecan Cortado, Iced Pecan Crunch Latte and Pecan Crunch Latte.
What new food items are on Starbucks' fall menu?
In addition to the beverage lineup, the chain is also introducing the Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket, a flatbread sandwich with chicken, bacon and garlic herb cheese spread that contains 20 grams of protein.
The new Hedgehog Cake Pop features vanilla cake and buttercream coated in chocolate icing and topped with chocolate sprinkles.
Starbucks also plans to bring back its Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, a spiced pumpkin muffin filled with cream cheese and topped with chopped, spiced pepitas.

Pumpkin Spice Latte fans can also purchase the chain's "PSL Society" merchandise collection, which includes themed drinkware and a hat.
Additionally, Starbucks' pumpkin-flavored coffees, creamers and ready-to-drink beverages are already available in grocery stores, ahead of the in-cafe fall menu launch.
