The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center high school Athlete of the Week voting occurs each week during high school sports competition and recognizes athletes across all sports.

Athletes are on this week's ballot based on information made available to The Dispatch and nominations.
Once athletes win during the regular season, they're not eligible to be back on the ballot until the postseason. If athletes haven't won in the regular season, they can be nominated more than once.
The Dispatch staff reserves the right to remove ballots or athletes from the ballot where voting irregularities have occurred.

Here are this week's Girls Athlete of the Week candidates:
Beth Baker, Upper Arlington cross-country: Finished first in the Bob Reall Invitational at Lancaster in 18 minutes, 4 seconds.
Jodie Han, Olentangy golf: Shot a 66 to win the Marysville Invitational at Darby Creek. Han had eight birdies in the round and won by two shots.
Emmalyn Jewell, Canal Winchester soccer: Scored four goals against Logan to set the school’s single-season goal record with 26.
Eva Lim, Columbus Academy golf: Shot a 67 to win the Division II sectional tournament at Darby Creek.
Camryn Spears, Thomas Worthington field hockey: Scored two goals and had an assist in a win over Dublin Coffman, and scored three goals in a win over Olentangy Liberty. She had four defensive interceptions in the two games.
