The world's only Michelin-starred brewery is bringing its beer to Columbus for a one-night dinner pairing at FYR in the Hilton Columbus Downtown.
Moody Tongue, whose Chicago brewery and restaurant, The Dining Room at Moody Tongue, have been recognized by the Michelin Guide since 2021, will be part of a seven-course menu from FYR executive chefs Zach Warn and Todd Goodwin on Nov. 5.

Moody Tongue co-founder and brewmaster Jared Rouben, whose "chef-driven" beers have been described by Michelin writers as a integral part of its food menu, will add the beverage pairing for the Columbus dinner.
Reservations for the $150 dinner are available now at fyrshortnorth.com/moody-tongue.
FYR already has posted the menu for its Moody Tongue dinner. It includes
course of foccacia and butter, salad with roasted root vegetables, goat cheese and mushrooms, heritage pork, dry-aged beef, a honeynut squash dessert, and maple taffy. The dinner will showcase Ohio producers such as Snowville Creamery, Black Radish Creamery and RL Valley Ranch.
Moody Tongue pairings will include the brewery's Yuzu Lager, Aperitif Pilsner, Cherry-Raz Berliner Weisse, Orange Blossom Blonde, Smoked Applewood Gold, Framboise and Caramelized Chocolate Churro Porter.
