BalletMet and Le Méridien Columbus, The Joseph have teamed up for an event that combines two traditions: a refined afternoon tea and one of BalletMet's most beloved productions.
Attendees at The Nutcracker Tea with BalletMet will be served tableside traditional tea and buffet-style afternoon tea, plus enjoy a performance by BalletMet Academy students. Visits from the Sugar Plum Fairy and the Nutcracker are also planned.
The tea party is set for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 6 at Le Méridien Columbus, The Joseph, 620 N. High St., where it will be held in the second-floor Atrium Gallery and Michael B. Coleman Ballroom.
Tickets cost $105.71 for ages 11-older and $53.86 for ages 3-10, available at eventbrite.com. Children 2 and under will be admitted for free.
