Ohio State football coach Ryan Day is set to speak to the media at noon Sept. 8 ahead of a highly anticipated matchup against Texas.
The Buckeyes opened their season by beating Ball State 56-3 on Sept. 5. Ohio State quarterback Julian Sayin finished with 320 passing yards and four total touchdowns, while wide receiver Jeremiah Smith
had eight catches for 151 receiving yards and two receiving touchdowns.Ohio State's defense stayed fortified against the Cardinals, allowing one score and 165 yards. Under new offensive coordinator Arthur Smith, Ohio State amassed 671 yards.
The Buckeyes will now head to Austin to play Texas, ranked No.
4 on the US LBM Coaches Poll.
