A regional bank is readying to bring its corporate headquarters to the recently approved expansion of Dublin's Bridge Park corridor.
Northwest Bank announced plans to build a 75,000-square-foot headquarters building in Bridge North, the mixed-use project that's slated to extend Dublin's popular Bridge Park development northward with offices, retail, housing and a 150-room hotel. The city of Dublin's planning and zoning commission approved final plans for Daimler Group's roughly 7-acre development in July.
In a press release, Northwest Bank described Bridge North as a "campus-style environment" and said it anticipates moving its current headquarters, located in Easton, to Dublin in the first half of 2029. The new, "purpose-built" space is designed
to allow the bank's headquarters workforce to more than double to 300 by 2034.
The new building is also slated to house a dedicated financial center offering wealth management advisory services on its ground floor, according to the release. Its initial lease term is expected to be 15 years.

“Dublin's collaborative approach to supporting businesses makes it an ideal location for Northwest Bank's future headquarters," Northwest Bank President and CEO Louis J. Torchio said in the release. "This move supports our long-term growth strategy, strengthens our ability to attract top talent, and positions us for continued success.”
The city of Dublin will provide a performance-based inventive equal to 15% of net new employee payroll withholdings generated between 2030 and 2034, capped at $460,000, through an economic development agreement with Northwest Bank that was approved at Dublin City Council's Aug. 24 meeting. The city will also give a $50,000 location grant upon execution of the company's 15-year lease agreement and issuance of an occupancy permit.
"Welcoming Northwest Bank to Dublin is an exciting milestone for our community and for the continued evolution of the Bridge Street District," Dublin city manager Megan O'Callaghan said in the release. "This investment reflects the kind of growth we've worked to foster by partnering with developers, investing in infrastructure and creating places where businesses and people can thrive."
At the same meeting, Dublin City Council also approved an economic development agreement with InnoSource, LLC, a workforce solutions, human resources and outsourcing company headquartered in Dublin. The city will provide a 10% performance incentive on income tax withholdings collected from InnoSource employees from 2027 through 2031, capped at $100,000, plus a $50,000 retention grant to support the company's expansion and related facility renovations.
Both the location grant and performance incentive are contingent upon InnoSource providing documentation of an executed lease agreement of at least seven years in a facility within Dublin.
Northwest Bank is partnering with local architecture firm Moody Nolan for its new headquarters space design and JLL, Inc. for commercial real estate brokerage and project management services, the press release states.
The full-service financial institution, founded in Pennsylvania in 1896, operates 152 full-service financial centers and 11 drive-up locations across Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio and Indiana. It relocated its corporate headquarters to Columbus in 2021.
The company also recently opened its first financial center in New Albany, and it plans to add four more locations in central Ohio by the second quarter of 2027, according to the release.
