The nominees for central Ohio's cutest pet are in, and it's time to let the cat (or dog, bird, etc.) out of the bag. But we can't do it without your paw-ticipation.
The top 16 pets have been put in a bracket for voting. Only the names are with the photos, so if you want to read more about the finalists, check out their stories in the gallery!
All of the contenders deserve belly rubs and snoot-boops, but only one good boy or girl can claim the title by fetching the most votes from their human friends.
You can pick your favorite pet from the purr-suasive nominees by voting below.
Voting opens Sept. 30, and there are four rounds with 24 hours of voting a round. A winner will be announced in early October.
