An overnight multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 670 has left one person dead and multiple others injured.
Just before 1:30 a.m. on Sept. 20, a Dodge Challenger, Dodge Ram, and Hyundai Elantra were involved in a crash on I-670 westbound near the State Route 315 interchange, according to a Columbus Division of Police incident report.
Jordan Decker, the 22-year-old driver of the Hyundai, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
Others involved in the accident were transported to area hospitals for treatment. Police also reported that a fourth vehicle, a smaller SUV, may have also been involved in the crash and drove away prior to officers’ arriving at the scene.
Columbus police are continuing to investigate the crash.
