The Dispatch is accepting nominations for pets of all kinds through Sept. 27 at 11 p.m., so please fill out the form below and include a high-resolution photo of your furry, feathery or scaly animal companions. It's the leash you can do.
After we've recovered from adorableness overload, we'll build a bracket and open it up for voting at Dispatch.com until a winning pet scampers, swims, flies or slithers off with the title. Voting will begin Sept. 30. A winner will be announced in early October.
Additionally, we'd love to hear your
best tales – or should we say tails? – about your pet pals. Remember, there's a deadline, so send those stories right meow!
