One person was killed in a shooting Sept. 29 on Columbus' West Side.
Columbus police received a call at around 7:40 p.m. reporting a shooting near North Burgess Avenue and Grace Street, just north of West Broad Street, according to a Columbus police dispatcher.
The victim was transported in critical condition to OhioHealth Grant Medical Center, Downtown, where they were pronounced dead at 8:16 p.m., the dispatcher said.
Additional information, including a suspect description and what led to the shooting, was not immediately available.
