No. 6 Ohio State football's Big Ten Championship rematch against No. 5 Indiana is scheduled to kick off at noon Oct. 17, with the game airing on Fox.
The Buckeyes fell to the Hoosiers 13-10 in last year's conference title matchup, snapping Ohio State's 16-game winning streak and marking Indiana's first win over Ohio State in 36 years.
Ohio State quarterback Julian Sayin threw for 258 yards, one touchdown and one interception against the Hoosiers last season, while Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza logged 222 yards, one touchdown and one interception.
The Hoosiers went on to win the 2026 national championship, and despite Mendoza departing for the NFL this offseason, they've started this season 5-0 under new quarterback Josh Hoover. Indiana has
outscored opponents 221-54, though they narrowly defeated unranked Northwestern 29-23 on Sept. 25.
The trip to Bloomington, Indiana, will be the Buckeyes' third top-15 road matchup of the season. Ohio State recorded a 31-14 win over No. 14 Iowa on Oct. 3, but was defeated 24-23 by No. 4 Texas three weeks earlier.
Ohio State will host Maryland (2-3) on Oct. 10 before traveling to face the Hoosiers, and Indiana will be on the road against Nebraska (5-0) the same day.
