The central Ohio high school football Predictions Panel doesn’t award prizes to each week’s top performer, but sometimes a tip of the cap is in order.
Scott Gerfen went 15-0 in Week 6, cutting three games off his deficit in the season standings. He enters Week 7 five games behind co-leaders Lee Cochran and Kurt Snyder.
Perhaps Snyder will get one or two of those games back with his two Lone Wolf picks this week. He’s going with New Albany to knock off undefeated Gahanna Lincoln and Worthington Kilbourne to take down Big Walnut in a battle of unbeatens.
The panel has four Lone Wolf picks in Week 7, a week after going 0-7 to drop to 4-20 for the season.
