Franklin County received about 2-3 inches of rain over the past three days, according to rainfall totals from the National Weather Service.
The weather service released a map Aug. 13, detailing rainfall totals for the prior 72 hours in Ohio and Indiana. The hardest hit areas were central Ohio and eastern Indiana, according to the map.
Perry County had the highest rainfall in Ohio with 6.36 and 6.54 inches of rain recorded, according to the map. The weather service recorded 9.29 inches of rain in Wayne County, Indiana, the highest total on the map.

- Delaware County: 1.36
- Licking County: 2.28, 2.38
- Fairfield County: 2.61
- Union County: 2.56
- Pickaway County: 1.46
