The Ohio Department of Transportation plans to close U.S. 33/Riverside Drive from Upper Arlington to Dublin for 45 days starting Aug. 3, according to a July 27 ODOT release.
The road will be closed from Fishinger Road in Upper Arlington to State Route 161 in Dublin as crews work to replace a culvert near River Park Drive and the storm sewer at the U.S. 33 and Fishinger Rd. intersection, according to ODOT.
ODOT's detour for the closure for southbound traffic is U.S. 33 to State Route 161 to Interstate 270 to Cemetery Road to Fishinger Boulevard to Fishinger Road or the same route in reverse for northbound traffic.
The estimated construction cost for the project is $2.22 million, according to ODOT's project website.
