The leaves are changing color, the political ads are getting worse and the McRib is returning.
Another Ohio rite of fall – McDonald's iconic pork sandwich – will be back in Columbus starting Oct. 26, the burger chain said in a press release. It will be on local menus for a limited time, according to McDonald's, but the company didn't say for how long.
An actual website called McRibLocator.com reports McRibs already are being sold in Central America and that the nationwide U.S. release usually follows shortly afterward. Franchisees can opt out of carrying the sandwiches, but the Columbus availability is confirmed.
McRibLocator.com also reported a confirmed
sighting of the McRib at a McDonald's near the EastGate Mall outside Cincinnati.
