Grandy played in 13 games, making seven starts, over the past two seasons for the Bengals, totaling seven catches for 35 receiving yards.

Grandy signed with the Bengals as an undrafted free agent after the 2024 NFL Draft.

In 2025, Grandy suffered a left collarbone injury during the fourth quarter of the team's Week 16 win against the Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium.

Grandy made his NFL debut in November 2025 against the Baltimore Ravens. He had five catches for 28 yards over eight games as a rookie.

In January 2025, the Bengals signed Grandy to a one-year
