Cincinnati chili parlors are gearing up for a big day: National Chili Dog Day.
The day, which should honestly become a Queen City holiday, falls on the last Thursday of July, according to National Day Calendar. This year, National Chili Dog Day is July 30.
To celebrate National Chili Dog Day, Gold Star is treating Cincinnati foodies to the perfect pairing: a free cheese coney with the purchase of any Coca-Cola product. The deal is valid at participating restaurants, while supplies last.

Gold Star is offering free cheese coneys. How to get one
To celebrate one of Greater Cincinnati's favorite menu items, all you have to do is purchase any regular Coca-Cola product or beverage available exclusively through
the Gold Star Rewards app to receive the free cheese coney.
All you need to do is download the app and sign up for a My Gold Star Rewards account. Guests can then add the promotion to their app on July 30 and redeem it at their favorite location or online by ordering through the app.
The offer can be redeemed at all participating Gold Star locations July 30.
If cheese coneys aren't your thing, don't worry. Guests who visit Gold Star on National Chili Dog Day can also enjoy chili cheese sandwiches, made with traditional or vegetarian Cincinnati-style chili.
