Week 3 of the high school football season is in the books.
Following each week of the regular season, The Enquirer will provide its top 10 high school football power rankings, regardless of division, class or state.
This week, two schools dropped out of the top 10, meaning two new teams are now among the ranked area squads.
Here are the top 10 teams in Greater Cincinnati heading into Week 4.
10. Indian Hill
Previous ranking: NR
Week 3: Win over New Richmond (56-14)
Unranked after a shutout loss to Beechwood, Indian Hill rebounded in a big way in a blowout win over New Richmond to wrap up non-conference play. On the ground, the Braves racked up 256 rushing yards and a half-dozen touchdowns. Jacob Alexander led the rushing attack with 132 yards and four touchdowns. Devlan
Daniel threw for 115 yards, ran for 105, and combined for three touchdowns. Indian Hill will host Wyoming in a marquee Cincinnati Hills Leagueopener in Week 4.

9. Covington Catholic

Week 3: Win over Simon Kenton (42-7)
Coming off a lopsided loss to Elder, Covington Catholic returned to Northern Kentucky and cruised past Simon Kenton behind three rushing touchdowns from Kyan Miller and a nice night from quarterback Dylan Courtney (185 passing yards, two touchdowns). The Colonels' defense forced three takeaways. Covington Catholic now gets a winless Dixie Heights squad on the road in Week 4.

8. Beechwood
Previous ranking: No. 9
Week 3: Win over Dixie Heights (41-3)
Beechwood moves up another spot and has now outscored its two opponents this year, 83-3, after a blowout win over Dixie Heights. Beechwood was sound in all three phases once again, beginning with another Tyler Fryman kickoff return touchdown on the opening kickoff for the second straight week. Fryman also ran for a touchdown, as did Nathan Pabst, who caught one of Emmett Queen's two touchdowns. To no surprise, Beechwood looks the part of a state title contenderafter just a few weeks into Noel Rash's second stint as the Tigers head coach.
Week 4: Beechwood (2-0) at Simon Kenton (2-1)
7. Winton Woods

Week 3: Win over Milford (50-28)
Winton Woods' defense may have given up 28 points and nearly 300 yards of total offense, but the Warriors made up for it by forcing three turnovers and holding Milford to 4 of 12 on third down while the offense churned out big numbers. In an Eastern Cincinnati Conference shootout, Winton Woods got a 147-yard, three-touchdown performance from standout running back Isaiah Garrett. Bo Diop chimed in with 63 rushing yards and two scores while quarterback Josiiah Jones threw for a touchdown and ran for another. Now 2-0 in league play, Winton Woods will look to keep it rolling on the road in Week 4 against Turpin.

6. Badin
Previous ranking: No. 6
Week 3: Win over Edgewood (31-7)
Another week, another cruise-control victory for Badin, which has outscored its first three opponents, 106-27, after a dominant win over Edgewood. Badin actually fell behind Edgewood, 7-0, but reeled off 31 consecutive points for the road win. Badin's defense forced three turnovers with interceptions from Preston Davenport and Colton Pauley. Balin Wong and Rylan Osterberger each recorded two sacks. Offensively, Badin turned to Chase Even to be the workhorse. The junior turned 26 carries into 216 yards and two touchdowns. Badin won't begin league play in the Greater Catholic League-Coed until Week 6 (Sept. 25).

5. Lakota West
Previous ranking: No. 5
Week 3: Win over Mason (35-10)
In its first road test of the season, Lakota West trailed Mason, 7-0, after one quarter and was tied 7-7 at the half. The Firebirds got a big fourth quarter (21-0) for a comfortable road victory over Mason and a 3-0 start. Kenyon Norman now hasback-to-back 200-yard rushing games after posting 212 against the Comets. He's already run for nine touchdowns, including three in the second half to help the Firebirds pull away. Lakota West hosts a struggling Hamilton squad in Week 4 before a gargantuan matchup in Sharonville against Princeton that will certainly have Greater Miami Conference title implications.

4. Highlands
Previous ranking: No. 4
Week 3: Win over Campbell County (55-14)
Highlands had no issue with Campbell County, racing out to a 42-0 lead after just two quarters. The Bluebirds cruised behind Bryce Armstrong, who threw for 188 yards and three touchdowns. His top target was sophomore Quinton Simons, who had 80 receiving yards and a pair of scores. The Bluebirds' defense got in on the fun as Gabe Williams returned an interception for an 81-yard touchdown. It was a nice tune-up for Highlands before another big test in Week 4 against reigning Class 4A state champion Boyle County. The unbeaten Rebels have outscored their first three opponents, 125-45.

3. Anderson
Previous ranking: No. 3
Week 3: Win over Little Miami (51-14)
The top six teams from last week's power rankings won by at least 24 points. Anderson has now scored 121 points over the last two weeks after a 46-point season-opening loss to Kentucky powerhouse Louisville Trinity. Anderson led by 23 (37-14) at the half against Little Miami behind the offense were accustomed to seeing with the Raptors. Owen Scalfthrew for 250 yards and touchdowns to three different receivers (Cooper Kathman, Tegan Jallick, Tysin Weaver) and running back Jordan Davis (three touchdowns) went over the 100-yard mark for the first time since the 2025 season-opener against Cooper. Lebanon is the only unbeaten team remaining in the ECC, and the Warriors will host Anderson in Week 4. The Raptors won that matchup, 36-10, last year.

2. Princeton
Previous ranking: No. 2
Week 3: Win over Colerain (49-6)
Princeton and Lakota West remain the only unbeaten teams in the GMC. Lakota West struggled for a bit against Mason in Week 3 while Princeton rolled to a 49-6 victory over Colerain. Jordan Hall, recently offered by Ohio State, found the end zone four times while running for 100 yards and Monsanna Torbert tossed touchdowns to fellow newcomersLorenzo McMullen Jr. and Josiah Gault. Princeton's defense got 3.5 sacks from Terrance Jones Jr. Derrick Jeffries had five tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery. Princeton hosts winless Sycamore in Week 4 before the showdown against Lakota West.
Week 4: Sycamore (0-3) at Princeton (3-0)
1. Elder
Previous ranking: No. 1
Week 3: Win over East Central (42-7)
Elder has run roughshod over one of the area's top teams in two different states (Covington Catholic in Week 2) in back-to-back games after a 42-7 victory over East Central. Elder is firing on all cylinders. Defensively, the Panthers recorded three interceptions. Offensively, Kaden Estep threw for 137 yards, ran for 112 and had two touchdowns. Andrew Tallen also ran for 77 yards and two scores. Elder could not have asked for a better three-week start heading into GCL-South play in Week 4 against La Salle at The Pit.
Week 4: La Salle (2-1) at Elder (3-0)
Just missed the cut: East Central (2-1), Wyoming (3-0), St. Xavier (1-2), La Salle (2-1), Moeller (1-2), North College Hill (2-0), Lloyd (3-0), Harrison (3-0), St. Bernard (3-0), Lebanon (3-0), Hughes (3-0)
