The Cincinnati Bengals announced most of their practice squad one day after finalizing their 53-man roster.
The practice squad currently includes the following 11 players, five shy of the limit of 16:

Quarterback Sean Clifford
Defensive end Isaiah Foskey
Linebacker Shaka Heyward
Running back Kentrel Bullock
Defensive tackle Howard Cross III
Linebacker Joe Giles-Harris
Defensive back Bralyn Lux
Wide receiver Jordan Moore
Wide receiver Noah Thomas
Safety Russ Yeast
In addition, defensive end Garmon Randolph is being added to the squad, per reports.
Among players cut Aug. 30 by the Bengals: Linebacker Liam Anderson reportedly is signing with the Miami Dolphins' practice squad, receiver Mitchell Tinsley reportedly is signing with the Houston
Texans' practice squad, and tight end Cam Grandy reportedly is signing with the Minnesota Vikings' practice squad.
