Site work at Harrison Town Center is about 90% complete.
Some businesses are expected to begin opening in August 2027, with Target currently planning an October 2027 opening. The full development is expected to be built out by the second quarter of 2028.
When completed, Harrison Town Center is expected to represent about $60 million in private investment and support an estimated 575 jobs, according to the announcement.
Harrison Town Center is located at 10400 Harrison Avenue and is being developed by Midland Atlantic Properties.
