Cincinnati (2-1) is coming off a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers and Jacksonville (2-1) is coming off a dominant win over the New England Patriots.

Burrow was 28-for-37 passing for 282 yards and three touchdowns, but fumbled when being sacked with 53 seconds remaining in the game. The Steelers recovered the fumble and sealed the victory.
