Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow said receiver Ja'Marr Chase was the one who fired up the team during halftime of the team's NFL Week 7 rout of the Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium.
"We executed in the second half," Burrow told CBS sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson after the game. "We called a great second half. We were able to complete some balls and find efficiency in the run game and make some plays. That's what we needed."
Wolfson asked Burrow what was said in the locker room during halftime.
"Ja'Marr went in there and got after everybody a little bit," Burrow said. "And (he) got everybody fired up. You know, that certainly plays a part. But at the end of the day, we just executed."
Chase finished the game with five catches for 62
receiving yards, and caught one of Burrow's four touchdown passes.
