Get ready, football fans, "Thursday Night Football" is back.
The first game of Week 5 of the NFL regular season kicks off Thursday night when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0-4) face off against the Dallas Cowboys (2-2). The matchup comes as the Bucs' star quarterback recovers from injury.
The Buccaneers enter the matchup with a winless record. It's the first time since 2013 the Tampa team has started the season with a 0-4 record. Meanwhile, the Cowboys enter the primetime game after a 34-30 victory over the Houston Texans on Oct. 4.

Is Baker Mayfield playing tonight? When will he return?
Unfortunately
for the Buccaneers, quarterback Baker Mayfield has been ruled out for Thursday's primetime matchup, meaning rookie Jalon Daniels will make his second straight start.
Mayfield was ruled out by the team Wednesday after he dislocated his right thumb during the Week 3 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. He is expected to miss at least three weeks, but that is the minimum, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The quarterback, who signed a three-year, $165 million contract extension with the Bucs in September, underwent an MRI on Sept. 28 that showed no additional damage to either the thumb ligament or tendon beyond the dislocation, sources told Schefter.
The Bucs did not place Mayfield on injured reserve and do not think he will need to be added to the IR, even if the injury does sideline him longer than four weeks.
Starting in his place will be rookie Daniels, who passed for just 148 yards in the club's Week 4 loss, dropping them to 0-4 on the season. Daniels threw one touchdown against two interceptions.
