Greater Cincinnati remains in a heat advisory through Friday, Sept. 4, and that's having impacts on the high school football Week 3 schedule.
The National Weather Service says heat index values ‒ what the temperature feels like when humidity is factored in ‒ could reach around 100 degrees Thursday, Sept. 3. Similar conditions are expected Friday and a heat advisory remains in effect through 8 p.m.
Several local schools have already announced delayed kickoffs on Thursday and Friday. Here's which games are currently delayed:

Friday, Sept. 4
Kings at Loveland – 7:30 p.m.
Ross at Northwest – 7:30 p.m.
Badin at Edgewood – 7:30 p.m.
Highlands at Campbell County – 7:30 p.m.
Dayton Meadowdale at Purcell Marian – 7:45 p.m.
Little Miami at Anderson
– 7:45 p.m.
Taylor at Lawrenceburg – 8 p.m.
Milford at Winton Woods – 8 p.m.
