20-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run in North College Hill, officials said.
Rony Vasquez Cardona, of Finneytown, was crossing West Galbraith Road at Noble Avenue shortly after 4 a.m. on Sept. 12 when he was hit by a black Dodge vehicle, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. The vehicle drove away.
Cardona died at the scene. He was an employee at Skally's Old World Bakery, officials said, which is located near the intersection where he was killed.
Hamilton County officials are conducting the crash investigation.
