Halfway through the Kentucky high school football season, we're getting a better grasp of where teams stand in their respective class. This standings are reflected in the latest statewide media poll.
Beechwood strengthened its hold on the No. 1 spot in Class 2A once again and could go undefeated for the first time since 2021 after beating Covington Catholic. In Class A, Dayton is moving closer to the top 10 after another dominant win.
Here are the complete polls ahead of Week 6, the third released in 2026. Sixteen statewide media members voted for these polls, compiled by Jason Frakes of the Louisville Courier-Journal.
