USA TODAY Network Ohio's team of sportswriters has ranked the All-USA Ohio Top 25 football players for the 2026 preseason.
Using various metrics such as accolades, statistics, online rankings, and input from coaches, the high school sports writers and editors compiled a list of the top returning players statewide.
