The Garver family has operated their family farm market for two years. They operate out of a beautiful 10,000-square-foot building in a rural area. Now the Butler County commissioners are suing in court to shut them down. There must be a dreadful disconnect here.
Taking such a punitive action against such a renowned family is beyond absurd. Margo Garver was just given the Outstanding Volunteer of the Year award. Tell me how the family was allowed to build in that location if it did not match zoning requirements? The answer doesn't matter.
The next appropriate step would be to petition to recall the two brainless county commissioners who voted to basically end the Garvers' existence. Please, Lemon Township residents, unify and step up to stop this
senseless action.
