Six Flags has closed nine coasters at its parks nationwide after a man fell to his death at Six Flags Over Georgia on Oct. 12, according to USA TODAY.
The coasters, including two at Kings Island in Ohio, are temporarily closed "out of an abundance of caution," park officials told USA TODAY, because they are similar to the Goliath coaster in Georgia where the fatality occurred. The victim was ejected from the coaster car, fell and hit the ride three times, USA TODAY reports. Four others were injured.
Goliath's manufacturer, Bolliger & Mabillard, has 52 coasters worldwide, according to its website. Here's a look at which ones are in Ohio, or near the Buckeye State.
