Cincinnati is under a hazardous weather outlook ahead of a busy Saturday night in Downtown.
Heavy rain and strong winds beginning after 4 p.m. Sept. 19 may dampen several events, which include Day Three of Oktoberfest Zinzinnati, the Reds taking on the Chicago Cubs and a Fountain Square indie rock concert.
In Hamilton County, storms are expected to arrive between 5 and 7 p.m., according to the National Weather Service of Wilmington. Winds between 50 to 60
mph and lightning are the largest threats to safety, officials said.
A cold front is expected to move through Greater Cincinnati on Sunday, Sept. 20, bringing another round of showers and lower temperatures. Beginning Monday, Sept. 21, daytime highs are expected to remain around 75 degrees through the week.
Break out your umbrellas tonight, and soon enough you'll be able to break out your cable-knit sweater.
