A new entertainment and nightlife destination is coming to downtown Cincinnati's Fountain District, the Queen City-based nonprofit real estate developer Cincinnati Center City Development Co. announced Oct. 21.
While details surrounding the concept are scarce, a press release noted that a lease was signed for the 2,800-square-foot ground-floor space at 3CDC's Fourth and Race development. It is also on track to open next spring.
The venue, located at 124 W. Fourth St., will reveal its name and further details in the coming months. A visually immersive concept designed around the venue's dance floor will also be introduced later this year.
According to the release, much of the inspiration for the concept comes from the owner-operators' experiences
in cities around the world, like London and Paris, "where nightlife is seamlessly integrated into the urban core and easily accessible to both residents and visitors."

The Fountain District was intentionally chosen for the new venue due to its central location to hotels, major employers and the First Financial Center.
"We're thrilled to welcome this innovative new concept to the Fountain District, where it will add a new layer of energy and activity to the area," Christy Samad, executive vice president of civic and commercial space activation at 3CDC, said in the statement. "Its focus on creating a fun, accessible, and social experience aligns perfectly with our vision for a vibrant downtown, and we believe it will become a valuable addition to the district’s growing mix of dining, entertainment, and cultural offerings."
Guests can expect a soundtrack of iconic hits, paired with thoughtfully curated cocktails and programming designed to complement the music. The atmosphere of the new experience was described as "energetic yet approachable, blending nostalgia with a social, crowd-driven experience where the energy comes from the people on the dance floor rather than the volume of the speakers."
Owners plan to keep pricing affordable, as they're committed to making a night out accessible to as many people as possible. The new concept joins LoVe on Fourth, bb.q Chicken, Paris Baguette and TMR Salon on the ground floor of Fourth and Race.
