It is still three weeks until the postseason in Ohio and Kentucky, but the girls soccer tournament should have some intriguing brackets with several contenders establishing themselves.
Here are this week's power rankings.
10. Western Brown Broncos (14-0)
Last week: 10
The Broncos have been unchallenged all season but will have stern tests before the Division III playoffs, with two games against Batavia (9-3) and one with Bethel-Tate (9-0-2).
Upcoming schedule: vs. Batavia (Oct. 6)
9. Milford Eagles (7-3-3)
Last week: unranked
The Eagles are one of the hottest teams in the Eastern Cincinnati Conference race after shutting out Anderson 1-0. They also drew 1-1 with Mason last week. Milford hosts Walnut Hills for first place in the ECC Oct. 3.
Upcoming schedule: vs. Walnut Hills (Oct. 3), at Little Miami (Oct. 6).
8. East Central Trojans (11-2-1)
Last week: 9
The Trojans are rolling after handing Batesville its first loss by a resounding 6-0 count Sept. 28. East Central has outscored teams 69-7 this season heading into the Indiana 3A playoffs.
Upcoming schedule: at Harrison (Oct. 1), vs. Lawrenceburg in 3A sectional at Whiteland (Oct. 6)
7. Indian Hill Braves (8-0-2)
Last week: 7
The Braves drew with Summit Country Day 2-2 Sept. 28 and are still in first place in the Cincinnati Hills League after a 1-1 draw with Mariemont. They have a tough schedule coming up to prepare for a competitive Division III tournament.
Upcoming schedule: vs. Batavia (Oct. 1), vs. Madeira (Oct. 7)
6. Mount Notre Dame Cougars (8-3-2)
Last week: unranked
After a rough start, MND is once again rounding into peak form for the Division II postseason. The Cougars have won five straight, including wins over Centerville and Anderson, plus a 2-1 win over St. Ursula, which avenged an earlier loss in league play.
Upcoming schedule: at Mercy McAuley (Oct. 1), vs. Lakota West (Oct. 3), at Seton (Oct. 5).
5. Summit Country Day Silver Knights (9-2-1)
Last week: 2
The Silver Knights have hit a rough patch with a 4-0 loss to undefeated Ross, and a 2-2 draw against another tough team in Indian Hill. Summit will host Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy to decide the Miami Valley Conference-Scarlet title, then have three tough opponents to end the regular season before the Division III tournament.
Upcoming schedule: vs. CHCA (Oct. 1), vs. St. Ursula (Oct. 3), at Sycamore (Oct. 6), vs. Seton (Oct. 10)
4. Harrison Wildcats (8-2-2)
Last week: 4
The Wildcats haven’t played since losing 3-2 to Seton Sept. 23, the closest anyone has come to the Saints all year. Addy Matheny and Anabelle Wiesemann scored for Harrison, and Seton has only conceded two other goals during the season. Harrison, who is not in a league in soccer, will finish the regular season with a tough schedule before the Division II playoffs.
Upcoming schedule: vs. East Central (Oct. 1), vs. Lakota East (Oct. 6).
3. Ross Rams (13-0)
Last week: 8
The Rams had one of the season’s biggest statement wins with a 4-0 victory over Summit Country Day Sept. 24. Not only did they shut out the state champions from the last three years, but their game was a potential playoff preview in the Division III tournament. Mia Michel made seven saves in the clean sheet, and Ava Bush scored two goals. Ross has outscored its 13 foes, 56-2
Upcoming schedule: at Monroe (Oct. 5).
2. Sycamore Aviators (9-2-2)

Last week: 5
The Aviators have won eight straight games and will get a big test against Summit Oct. 6. They are in first place in the Greater Miami Conference as they vie for their first title since 2007. They end the regular season at second-place Mason Oct. 14.
Upcoming schedule: vs. Summit Country Day (Oct. 6)
1. Seton Saints (13-0)
Last week: 1
The beat rolls on for the Saints, who survived a 3-2 encounter at Harrison Sept. 23 but have only given up two goals during the rest of their schedule. They will play at Summit Oct. 10 in what should be an intriguing battle.
Upcoming schedule: vs. MND (Oct. 5), vs. Mercy McAuley (Oct. 7)
