The high school golf postseason has arrived in Ohio with sectional tournaments getting underway. Sectionals will turn into districts and then to state in the Ohio High School Athletic Association postseason while the Kentucky High School Athletic Association will soon have regional meets into the state first and championship rounds.

Northern Kentucky's top high school girls golfers by all-state points in 2026
The Kentucky Golf Coaches Association tracks all-state points earned by golfers for placement in tournaments throughout the season. The top 10 golfers earn first-team all-state recognition and the next 10 earn second-team honors.
As of Sept. 15, Cumberland County's Kenzie Willen leads the state with 965 points with the closest Northern Kentucky golfer being Ryle's Elizabeth Dickson, sitting just outside the top 20 in 21st with 475 points. Here are the top Northern Kentuckians by points.
