The Cincinnati Bengals are bringing back receiver and returner Ke'Shawn Williams, signing him to their practice squad after releasing him earlier in the week, the team announced.
Williams had a costly muffed punt and fumble during the fourth quarter of Cincinnati's 30-27 Week 3 loss in Pittsburgh. It was his first punt return of the season.
Former Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin, now an analyst on NBC's "Football Night in America," poked fun at Williams and the Bengals while reviewing highlights during the broadcast.
Receiver Dohnte Meyers is expected to take on more responsibility in the Bengals' return game going forward.
The Bengals acquired Williams on waivers from Pittsburgh in December 2025.
