Former Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said he expects his former team to embarrass the Cincinnati Bengals in their NFL Week 3 matchup at Acrisure Stadium.
Tomlin, now an analyst on NBC's "Football Night in America," was in Pittsburgh Sept. 25 for the Steelers' Hall of Honor ceremony, with former general manager Kevin Colbert among those inducted.
Tomlin's remarks, via the Steelers' official website
, were as follows:"It's great to be home. I wish that I could be here Sunday for this butt-kicking that we gonna put on the Cincinnati Bengals."
Tomlin's coaching record against the Bengals was 28-11, including a playoff win in 2016. The Bengals and Steelers split their two meetings in 2025.
In October 2025, Tomlin said the Cleveland Browns'
trade of Flacco to the division-rival Bengals didn't make sense to him.
