What is the story about?

Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor matched Bengals founder and Hall of Fame coach Paul Brown, the father of team president and owner Mike Brown, in regular-season wins, with the team's NFL Week 7 rout of the Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium.

Taylor's 55th regular-season win tied Paul Brown's regular-season win total from 1968 to 1975. Brown was 55-56-1 as the Bengals' head coach.

Taylor, who has been the Bengals' head coach since 2019, now trails Marvin Lewis (131) and Sam Wyche (61) in regular-season wins.

Days earlier, Lewis shared a story on "Inside Football" that spoke to Mike Brown's humanity, about Brown's reaction to an instance in 2017 when the team feared Lewis had a blood clot.
