If you're looking for places to celebrate the beginning of fall, we've got you covered. We put together a list of local pumpkin patches where you can find the best pick.
Here's where you can find your Great Pumpkin, in whatever color, size or shape it may be.
Bethel: U-pick pumpkins
- Location: Simmons Farm, 3020 Schaller Road.
- Hours: Oct. 3 through Oct. 31 on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m.
- Things to do: Pumpkin patches, hay rides and corn mazes.

Dry Ridge: Pumpkin patch and fall festival
- Location: Country Pumpkins, 1835 Sherman Mount Zion Road.
- Hours: Sept. 12 through Nov. 1. Closed Monday-Thursday from Sept. 12-27. Then, closed Tuesdays-Wednesdays from Sept. 28 through Nov. 1.
- Cost: Admission ranges from $10 to $40 per person for the Mega Ticket activity package.
- Things to do: Hayrides and barrel train rides are available Friday nights and weekends only. U-pick hayrides, allowing patrons to cut their own pumpkins off the vine, are also available.

Hamilton: Fall Family Fun Weekends
- Location: Brown's Family Farm Market, 11620 Hamilton Cleves Road.
- Hours: Every weekend from Sept. 14-15 through October, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Things to do: U-pick pumpkin patch, hayrides, corn maze, straw maze, farm animals, picnic area, play village and farm displays.

Harrison: Pumpkin Festival
- Location: Weber's Farm Market, 6040 Kilby Road in Harrison, about a few miles from the previous location on New Haven Road.
- Hours: Oct. 17 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Oct. 18 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Cost: Admission is $8, and kids 12 and under are free. Cash and credit cards will be accepted at the admission gates.
- Things to do: Arts and crafts exhibitors, live music, live demonstrations and activities for children. Pumpkins will be available for sale and are priced by size.

Lebanon: Hidden Valley Orchards Fall Fun
- Location: Hidden Valley Orchards, 5474 North State Route 48.
- Hours: Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., through Nov. 1.
- Things to do: Apple treats, scenic hayrides, market finds and family-friendly fun.

Liberty Township: Fall Festival
- Location: Niederman Family Farm, 5110 Lesourdsville West Chester Road.
- Hours: Sept. 25 through Nov. 1, Thursdays through Sundays.
- Cost: General admission tickets are $16 online and $20 at the gate. Children 2 and under are free.
- Things to do: Corn maze, wagon ride, pumpkin patch and more.

Loveland: Fall on the Farm
- Location: Blooms and Berries Farm Market, 9669 State Route 48.
- Hours: Sept. 19 through Nov. 1, daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Cost: Prices range from $12 to $22 per person, depending on the date. Weekend tickets are $5 cheaper if purchased online.
- Things to do: Hayrides, corn maze, pumpkins available to purchase, beer garden, petting farm, bakery treats and more.

Melbourne: Pumpkins, corn maze and horse-drawn wagon rides
- Location: Neltner's Farm, 6922 Four Mile Road.
- Hours: Sept. 25 through Oct. 31. Open Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Cost: Admission is free through the week and $7 per person on weekends.
- Things to do: Horse-drawn wagon rides, model train display, an expansive corn maze, pick-your-own pumpkin patch, petting zoo, homemade food and ice cream, farm shop, seasonal apples and more.

Middletown: Pumpkins, corn maze and hayrides
- Location: Jackson Family Farm, 6760 W. Alexandria Road.
- Hours: Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m., starting Sept. 26 through Oct. 25.
- Cost: Admission is $17 per person at the farm and $15 online. A $12 senior discount is also available at the farm.
- Things to do: Corn maze, pumpkin patch and hayrides available.

Milford: Pumpkin Times
- Location: Shaw Farms, 1737 State Route 131.
- Hours: Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pumpkin Times begins Sept. 26 and continues every weekend through October.

Ross: Pumpkin patch
- Location: Burwinkel Farms, 4359 Hamilton Cleves Road.
- Hours: Daily from Sept. 26 through Oct. 31. The walking path is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Hayrides run Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., weather permitting.
- Cost: General admission is $8 per person. Hayrides are available on weekends for $12 per person.

Springboro: Pumpkin patch, baked goods
- Location: Kleather's Pumpkin Patch, 90 W. Central Ave.
- Hours: Daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The farm will close for the year on Oct. 31 at 4 p.m.
- Things to do: Pumpkins, apples, gourds, straw bales, squash, apple cider slushies, soft pretzels and hot cinnamon sugar donuts for sale.
