Visit Cincy will relocate its offices to the Paycor Headquarters building and open a new Visitor Experience Center in Downtown Cincinnati, creating a street-level presence in the city’s evolving Convention District.
The move is planned for early 2027, according to a community announcement. Visit Cincy, the region’s destination marketing organization, currently operates from the Huntington Bank Building but will move to space near Fountain Square, downtown hotels, restaurants, attractions and the reimagined First Financial Center.
Organization leaders said the new location will improve visibility and accessibility for visitors while providing a more flexible and collaborative workspace for staff. The office footprint will be similar in size to Visit
Cincy’s current headquarters.
The relocation continues a long-standing partnership between Visit Cincy and Cincinnati Center City Development Corp., known as 3CDC. According to the announcement, the move supports ongoing efforts to attract visitors, investment and activity to Downtown Cincinnati.
“Moving to a visible, street-level location gives Visit Cincy a new way to connect directly with visitors, convention attendees, meeting planners, and residents,” said Julie Kirkpatrick, interim president and CEO of Visit Cincy. “This space puts our team at the center of the visitor experience while strengthening our partnership with 3CDC and our shared commitment to a vibrant downtown.”
The new Visitor Experience Center will serve as a downtown welcome point for travelers, meeting attendees and convention guests. Visitors will have access to maps, travel guides, recommendations and information about attractions, restaurants, events and neighborhoods throughout the Cincinnati region.
Additional details, including hours of operation, services and potential retail offerings, are expected closer to the center’s opening.
“Visit Cincy is the final piece of the puzzle for this important corner of downtown,” said Christy Samad, executive vice president of civic and commercial space activation for 3CDC. “Its presence will bring additional foot traffic and daily activity to the building while giving visitors a welcoming and accessible resource near the convention center, hotels, Fountain Square, and other downtown destinations.”
Visit Cincy is working with Cincinnati-based architecture and design firm GBBN on the project. The lease fills the final available space in the Paycor Headquarters building.
