How the SBA disaster loans can be used
The loans are intended to meet working-capital needs caused by the disaster and are available even when an applicant did not sustain physical damage, according to the announcement.
Funds may be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable and other bills an organization could not pay because of the disaster.
