A man is dead after a shooting in North College Hill. Donald Jamar Hales died at UC Medical Center on Sunday, Sept. 27, according to the Hamilton County Coroner's Office. North College Hill Police Department officers responded to Fricker's Bar and Grill on 1580 Goodman Ave. at around 5 p.m. Sept. 27
