Free-agent defensive end Jadeveon Clowney visited the Cleveland Browns on July 29, according to multiple reports, and could reunite with the Cincinnati Bengals' AFC North rival, for which Clowney played during the 2021 and 2022 seasons.

Clowney had 8.5 sacks for the Dallas Cowboys during the 2025 season.

Clowney played for the Baltimore Ravens in 2023 when his hit of Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow during a Week 11 game in Baltimore resulted in Burrow's season-ending wrist injury.

Clowney was a three-time Pro Bowler for the Houston Texans from 2016-18. Since playing his first five NFL seasons in Houston, he has played the past seven seasons for the Seattle Seahawks, Tennessee Titans, Cleveland, Baltimore, the Carolina Panthers and Dallas.

Clowney

has 66.5 career sacks during the regular season, in addition to 2.5 postseason sacks.
