The Butler County Sports Hall of Fame announced it will induct 11 new members into its 2026 class.
"We are excited to announce yet another amazing class to the hall. This year's class represents a very wide range of not only the areas in Butler County, but many amazing sports accomplishments," Butler County Sports Hall of Fame Committee president Sean Van Winkle said in a release.
In alphabetical order, the 11 new inductees are Alex Davis (Garfield 1967), Meagan Dooley Dimond (Lakota West 2006), Andy Fishman (Lakota West coach), Dennis Garland (Edgewood 1975), Chris Lutz (Fairfield 1985), Jalin Marshall (Middletown 2013), Seth Morris (Hamilton 1999), Tom Popplewell (Fairfield 1986), Emily Breitholle Quigley (Fairfield 2001), Keith Weiser (Talawanda
2003) and Gary Weitzel (Ross coach).
Those standouts will be inducted in a ceremony on Nov. 22 at the Champion Mill Conference Center in Spooky Nook in Hamilton.
