Hands-on technician training, virtual reality equipment and an artificial intelligence lab are among the features inside EverSmith Brands' new 12,000-square-foot franchise training center in Milford.
EverHUB, at 502 Techne Center Drive, provides training, technology demonstrations and franchisee support across seven commercial facility services brands, according to a community announcement.
The center serves owners of 1-Tom-Plumber, Clintar, Kitchen Guard, MilliCare, Prism Specialties, The Seals and U.S. Lawns. EverSmith Brands said its platform supports approximately 800 territories and more than 340 ownership groups, with plans to exceed 1,200 territories within three years.
"Franchisees choose a platform for the support behind them," said Justin
Ghadery, CEO of EverSmith Brands. "EverHUB gives owners across all seven brands access to hands-on training, our Home Office teams, and each other."
Hands-on training and AI
Brand-specific stations simulate commercial environments that franchisees and their teams encounter in the field. Teams can practice service procedures using commercial equipment, including a partner-contributed walk-in refrigerator.
The facility also includes an 80-person event room for onboarding, business training and franchise meetings, along with a podcast studio and recreation area.

EverHUB's AI lab has computers, workstations and virtual reality equipment. It will support development and training of AI agents built using Claude, focusing on tools for franchise operations, technician training and customer service, according to the announcement.
The center also has a "Voice of the Franchisee" theme highlighting franchise owners' role in the platform.
"Our franchise owners' perspectives must remain at the center of every strategic initiative," Ghadery said. "Every decision we make must consider the impact on their businesses."
EverSmith Brands' headquarters will remain in Orlando, Florida.
