First responders were dispatched just before 10 a.m. to where the Great Miami River intersects the Whitewater River, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. It was recovered from the water with a boat.

Officials have yet to identify the body as of the afternoon of Oct. 17. It is male.

The sheriff's and coroner's offices are continuing to investigate.
