Bengals defensive end Cedric Johnson almost blocked Steelers punter Cameron Johnston's punt late in the third quarter of Cincinnati's Week 3 loss to Pittsburgh.
But Johnson ran into Johnston's plant leg,
resulting in a 15-yard roughing penalty that extended a Pittsburgh drive that ended with an Aaron Rodgers touchdown pass.
The NFL announced Oct. 3 that Johnson was fined $6,164
for roughing the punter.In addition, the Steelers' Cole Holcomb was fined $11,041 for a blindside block on the opening kickoff of the game.

There was no fine assessed for a hip-drop tackle by Steelers defensive back Jaquan Brisker on Bengals rookie receiver Colbie Young on the Bengals' first offensive play of the game, which resulted in Young's knee injury.
Young was ruled out for the Bengals' Week 4 game against Jacksonville.
